Q: Who do I contact with service questions about exhibiting and my booth?
A: Please review your Exhibitor Services Manual for the answer to most of your questions. From general exhibit information to booth and signage info, you will find answers to most of your questions within the exhibitor service manual. Q: Who do I contact if I didn't receive my Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM)?
A: In our effort to be more eco-friendly, we will not be printing service manuals this year but have created an easy to use electronic version of the manual. Click here to view the ESM. If you have a specific question that is urgent, please email Jenna Ball.

Q: Who do I contact regarding my sponsorship deliverables?
A: For questions on booth or sponsorship purchases, please contact Daljeet Bhamra or +44 (0) 20 7560 4023 for any sponsorship questions.

Once a contract is signed, please contact Jenna Ball and Daljeet Bhamra.

Jenna will be emailing all deliverable details including deadlines and shipping
instructions a few months out from the show.

Q: What are the booth height regulations and sightline restrictions?
A: There are rules stating the maximum allowable height of various booth sizes. Allowable heights vary according to the size of the booth. Please go to Page 15 in the manual for the specific rules and regulations pertaining to your booth size. If you are a space only, please go to the Space Only Guide.

Q: I need to go on the exhibit floor to assist in setting up the booth for only a short time, can I bring my child?
A: Our insurance policy prohibits anyone under the age of 18 on the expo floor during move-in, show hours or move-out.

Q: What are the marketing and sponsorship offerings at ESC 2009?
A: Please see page 23 of your Manual for a list of sponsorships available. The sooner you purchase a sponsorship, the more conference exposure you receive. Don't delay and contact your Account Manager today for sponsorship details.
